Cepheid’s digital touchpoints, cepheid.com, mycepheid.com, and GeneXpert OS 3.0 touchscreen software, evolved in silos with fragmented patterns and inconsistent experiences. I led the system software part, creating a unified design system to establish scalable foundations, harmonize visual and interaction models, and ensure compliance with FDA, WCAG, and global localization standards.
